After my Mother passed Jim helped us sell her home. Recommended a great house cleaner and even lugged some stuff to the donation center for us. We live across the country and he was a great help. I believe he had a showing scheduled before we drove out the driveway on our way home.

I am from out of town and was able to rely on Jim to handle the transaction from preparing the home for sale by working with local contractors to prepare it do to prevous tennats leaving the property in poor condition. Jim went over the top to clean and take care of many of the items that saved me money and I would not hesitate to call him to sell my other property when the time comes.
